Software upgrades eliminate phone, digital and IT product failures and can be sent to designated local manufacturers or special after-sales service centers for upgrades.

It is suggested that outsourcing be maintained for at least 15 days from the date of receipt, while e-commerce product outsourcing proposals should be maintained for 30 days or more from the date of receipt.

False faults or the impact of personal use on the environment can not be handled after determining that there is no performance failure.

Failure to comply with these instructions may cause damage to the goods and prevent their return or replacement.

According to the nature of the goods, it is not suitable for return. Mark "I don't support unreasonable returns" on the product page and confirm the goods at the time of purchase.

Refunds and exchanges are not allowed: unauthorized maintenance, misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, infusion, accident, change, incorrect installation or tearing due to product quality problems, replacement of labels, machine serial numbers, safety labels;

If customers have question about the quality of products in use, please issue quality inspection reports and written identification documents issued by authoritative agencies, and comply with national laws.
